At Igloo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion finds aren't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
